We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Peladus. If you're not happy with a product, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent Exchange & Return Policy.
1. Eligibility for Exchange or Return
You can request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery if:

You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.

The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

You have the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Products that have been damaged by customer handling, or are custom orders (e.g., cut wires, or made to order) are not eligible for return.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return/exchange:

Contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email within 7 days of receiving your order.

Share your order number and clear photos/videos of the product (if damaged/wrong).

Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.
3. Return Shipping

If the error is on our end (wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you will bear the return shipping charges.
4. Refund or Replacement
After receiving and inspecting your returned item:

We will issue a replacement or refund (as per your choice) within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Customized or made-to-order assemblies.

Clearance sale items (if marked “Final Sale”).
